Italian chef Augusto Piras has been in charge of the Bene restaurant since 2015 when he was invited to provide consulting services. Graduated in hospitality from the Istituto Alberghiero di Stato in Alghero, he organizes the kitchen, makes the purchase of the best products and the final elaboration. With great care, he placed Bene in the top 10 restaurants in Rio, according to Trip Advisor.
Born and raised in Sardenha, Augusto makes typical regional dishes and mixes with Brazilian cuisine. He also has great recognition of his work through the press or invitations to provide consulting services for new restaurants.
